Mail-in Repairs
Yes! If you’re out of town or just outside of town, we can do repairs through good ‘ol snail mail. Just follow the instructions below and we’ll have your device back to you in no time.

For in-store repairs: Fill in the form below and submit and a representative will be in contact in a timely manner. Or you can call (616) – 606 – 3304 for a quote or any questions.
For mail-in repairs: Fill in the form below and be sure to check the “mail-in repair” box. Once the form is submitted a representative will be in contact in a timely manner. Please print and fill out the repair agreement and send in with repair. There’s a minimum $5 for all mail-in repairs that will be billed to the repair cost sub-total. Please be sure to provide a valid form of contact and return shipping address. You may keep your charger if you are sending a phone or tablet, all other electronics, please provide the working charging cord.
